About The Position

SP+ is seeking a service-oriented Bellman/Valet to join their team at Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club. In this role, you will provide a seamless arrival and departure experience by assisting guests with luggage transportation and escorting them to their rooms in a professional and friendly manner. Your primary goal is to ensure the safety of guest belongings and deliver top-tier hospitality from the moment they arrive until they depart. SP+ is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

Must have flexible availability, with a strong preference for candidates available for PM shifts and weekends.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers, and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency, and to comprehend instructions, emails, and memos.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events.
Must have a valid state driver’s license, a current address, and an acceptable driving record.
Must provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (valid documentation required if hired).
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, talk, and listen.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Regular exposure to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
Must be safety-conscious at all times while working in and around potentially dangerous traffic situations.
Regular exposure to high levels of noise and/or vehicle fumes.
