About The Position

Supervises, trains, schedules, and evaluates Bell Persons, Door Persons, and Drivers ensuring that all procedures are performed to the hotel's standards. Performs the daily responsibilities of these positions and assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests/visitors. Salary: $19.00/hour There's no place like Suncadia. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid WA Driver License
Dedication and commitment
Friendly and outgoing
Patience and maturity
Ability to learn from experience
Must be able to act and respond quickly
Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet all guest entering and leaving the Lodge at Suncadia
Assist guest with information when in front of the Lodge and in Main Lobby
Assist guests with Luggage storage
Valet cars with expert care and professionalism
Report any damage on all valet vehicles
Assist with check-ins & Bell/Valet Service calls when needed
Open passenger doors of incoming cars; and doors located in The Lodge
Provide umbrellas to guest walking in & out of the Lodge when raining & snowing
Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests to ensure all experiences are distinctively supreme
Follow all Suncadia Resort policies while constantly striving to help the guests
Follow Suncadia Resort dress code
Complete shift check list and necessary reports
Handle all guest belongings with utmost care to prevent breakage or loss. This includes, but is not limited to, guest luggage, valet keys, and personal effects.
Keep Bell Storage area clean and free of all unnecessary items
Follow all safety procedures
Other duties as assigned
