About The Position

The Bell Person is responsible for greeting guests with warmth and assisting with luggage during check-in and check-out. This role involves escorting guests to their rooms, explaining hotel features and amenities, running errands for guests, delivering packages, and assisting with valet or transportation needs. The Bell Person also maintains the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front drive, assists with luggage storage, manages lost and found, and responds to guest requests.

Requirements

• Guest service experience preferred – You know how to create a warm, welcoming first impression.
• Friendly, professional attitude – Because kindness is always in style.
• Good communication skills – Clear, courteous, and helpful with every guest interaction.
• Physically ready – Able to lift luggage, stand, and walk for most of your shift.
• Flexible availability – Guests arrive at all hours, and you’re ready to roll with it.

Responsibilities
