Requirements
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent knowledge of NYC
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Proficient in lifting and handling techniques.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Greeting, receiving and welcoming of all hotel guests.
- Meeting and greeting guests.
- Luggage handling and storage.
- Doorman duties.
- Handling deliveries.
- To greet and bid farewell to guests in a friendly manner.
- Secure and organize storage of luggage.
- Hailing taxis when required.
- Ability to familiarize guests with the neighborhood.
