About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their Guest Services team as Bell Attendants. The ideal candidate will use an engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. As part of offering a warm welcome to the hotel/resort, the Bell Attendant will assist with unloading guest luggage and serve as a knowledgeable resource for the hotel, its amenities, and the local area while escorting guests to their rooms. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people from around the world, building meaningful connections, and going above and beyond to "wow" guests. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual to grow a career in hospitality at a world-class property.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Strong desire to make a positive impact on others
Must be able to stand and move between the valet lot and various areas of the hotel for the duration of the shift
Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Hospitality industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in each guest
Welcome and interact with all guests upon arrival
Open vehicle doors for arriving guests and provide a warm welcome
Escort guests to the front desk for check-in
Upon check-in, assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their room while explaining hotel amenities and highlights
Collaborate with team members to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and assist with guest arrivals and departures
Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
Exceed guest and team expectations and go beyond the norm
