The Bell Person will greet guests with warmth and help with luggage during check-in and check-out. They will escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel features and amenities. Additionally, they will run errands for guests, deliver packages, and assist with valet or transportation needs. The role also involves keeping the lobby and front drive clean, organized, and guest-ready, as well as assisting with storing luggage, managing lost & found, and responding to guest requests.
