About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Bell Attendant to join the Guest Services team at The Colony Hotel in Maine. This role is crucial in creating a memorable first impression for guests, assisting them with luggage, and providing information about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. Requirements

At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
Ability to solve problems when they arise.
Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
Pleasant and helpful personality.
Must be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.
A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
An outgoing and engaging personality.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with the unloading of guest luggage.
Provide guests with knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in.
Escort guests and their luggage to their rooms, explaining amenities and fun facts about the hotel.
Work with other attendants to ensure a personalized guest experience.
Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
Open doors for guests.
Welcome each guest to the hotel.
