Requirements

Less than three moving violations in the three previous years
No DUI convictions
Must have current driver’s license where applicable
Read, write and speak English fluently
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
Familiar with local area and attractions
Valid CDL license where applicable

Nice To Haves

One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of bellpersons, fostering a culture of exceptional service and professionalism.
Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and personalized experience.
Coordinate luggage handling, transportation, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
Ensure a seamless and efficient flow of luggage, packages, and guest belongings.
Provide recommendations and assistance to guests, enhancing their overall stay.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
