About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking an On Call Bell Attendant to be the welcoming face of our resort and help create memorable guest experiences from arrival through departure. This dynamic role combines guest interaction, luggage assistance, room escorts, and personalized service, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on each guest's stay. Requirements

Previous guest service experience required, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Ability to safely lift and transport up to 100 lbs. and push carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Arizona's warm temperatures.
Strong team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and assist in different areas of the resort as needed.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Valid United States work authorization

Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout their stay.
Assist guests with luggage handling, room escorts, and transportation of belongings to and from guest rooms, storage areas, and the front drive.
Respond to guest inquiries, provide resort information and directions, and promptly address requests or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pickups while ensuring the safe handling of guest belongings.
Support Bell and Valet operations as needed and assist with guest services and special errands to enhance the overall guest experience.
