About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Guest Services team as a Bell attendant. As a Bell Attendant, you play an integral role in creating exceptional first and last impressions for our guests. You bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality, ensuring every interaction reflects the world-class service for which Four Seasons is known. • Work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience within a hotel is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Complete deliveries and pickups from guest rooms.
• Transport guest and hotel packages as needed.
• Warmly greet guests and escort them to their rooms.
• Deliver luggage during check-in.
• Retrieve luggage upon departure, ensuring it is transported to storage or the Front Drive.
• Maintain accurate records of all luggage deliveries and pickups.
• Create exceptional guest experiences by handling every interaction with professionalism and genuine hospitality, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, property events, and local directions.
• Resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
