This role is crucial for being the first and lasting impression for discerning travelers, representing a luxury brand celebrated for style, sophistication, and innovation, and serving as a local expert and service ambassador for a one-of-a-kind hotel experience. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, offering professional and engaging assistance.
  • Handle luggage with care and efficiency, both during check-in and check-out.
  • Provide clear, knowledgeable guidance about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Deliver items, messages, and amenities to guest rooms with discretion and speed.
  • Support the front office team by anticipating guest needs and ensuring seamless arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and service opportunities.
