We are currently seeking detail-driven, guest-focused Room Attendants who are passionate about creating pristine, welcoming spaces and contributing to a five-star experience for every guest.
Requirements
- Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection
- Take pride in creating a fresh, comfortable environment for guests
- Thrive in a fast-paced, physically active role
- Are reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation
- Communicate clearly and work well independently or as part of a team
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift

Responsibilities
- Cleaning and resetting guest rooms and public areas to the highest luxury standards
- Making beds, replenishing linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring each space is immaculate
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Reporting maintenance issues and unusual room conditions promptly
- Handling guest requests with discretion, warmth, and urgency
- Maintaining professional appearance and a well-stocked, organized cart and supply area
- Supporting the broader housekeeping team and collaborating across departments for a seamless guest experience
