Cortica is hiring dedicated, compassionate Behavioral Interventionists to provide care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role delivers 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services using positive, evidence-based strategies developed with a BCBA. Behavioral Interventionists document session data, work with families and supervisors to support treatment goals, and follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting. The position includes a two-week, fully paid, in-person orientation with hands-on training. Team members receive ongoing training and expert coaching, and may advance toward a BCBA role, progress along the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, or move into a corporate support role. Cortica uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA model and a transdisciplinary approach to help children build skills that carry across home, school, and community settings.
