The Behavioral Intervention Specialist will develop, monitor, and update behavior modification programs using principles of ABA and aspects of behavior management within the confines of ACS policy. This role involves providing ongoing training and mentorship to childcare workers, participating in program planning and case reviews, and offering therapeutic consultation to children in care. The specialist will collaborate with the educational psychology team and psychiatric providers to ensure optimal care plans and will maintain case notes and records in accordance with program requirements. The position also requires ongoing collaboration with agency-wide behavioral health services and performing other duties as assigned by the Director and Assistant Director of Behavioral Health Services.
