This position is performed within a residential behavioral health treatment facility serving women in recovery and their children. The environment is fast-paced and requires flexibility, emotional resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and compassion. The Behavioral Instructor provides direct supervision and care for infants and children, develops and implements structured activities, encourages positive behavior, and supports mothers in developing healthy parenting skills. The role also involves program support, crisis intervention, and maintaining accurate documentation.
