About The Position
This role is for a 1st Shift Production Associate working from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The associate will operate equipment along the production line, pull and prepare parts for jobs, fill in for absent team members, work overtime when necessary to meet production goals, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
- Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
- Strong attendance record.
- Full body mobility and good eyesight.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Constant alertness and attention to detail.
- Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand full shift.
Nice To Haves
- Previous production experience is a plus.
