Responsible for coordinating and assessing all patients referred to the Access Center from the Emergency Department and Main Hospital. Coordinates the approval and level of care determination in cooperation with the psychiatrist, patient/family and insurance verification. Coordinates and facilitates outside referrals and placement if needed.
