Responsible for providing on-going assessment, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy as well as case management. Develops and monitors service plans, treatment progress, documents interactions and maintains clinical records and other reporting data for clients with behavioral health, disorders, and/or disabilities. Coordinates with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver needed services to client. Collaborates with treatment team providers. The Behavioral Health Therapist participates as a member of the treatment team to provide a range of mental health and addictions services. This position will see clients of all ages yet will primarily work with children 4-26 years and their families, providing individual, family, and group therapy. Willingness to provide family interventions is a must. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working within a team, are well-versed in evidence-based treatment practices, and are seeking to grow their clinical skills in a fast-paced environment.
