About The Position

Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses, collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes, coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication, provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate, and utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field (for Behavioral Health Therapist)
  • 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults (for Behavioral Health Therapist)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required (for Behavioral Health Therapist)
  • Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
  • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field (for Clinical Psychologist)
  • One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience (for Clinical Psychologist)
  • Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin (for Clinical Psychologist)

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults (for Behavioral Health Therapist)
  • Preferred postdoctoral supervised clinical experience (for Clinical Psychologist)
