About The Position
Identifies barriers to employment, refers clients to other support agencies, and assists clients/consumers with job readiness skills, job search strategies, and interview preparation. This position will work up to 29 hours a week. The home office will be Ware CS, but the role will cover all counties in the service area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and one year experience providing educational, social or direct care services to persons with diagnosed special needs or other populations; or associate degree in business management or behavioral sciences.
- Proficient in the use of computers

- Observe and monitor consumers' behavior
- Participate in supportive guidance
