About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm. Primarily based in our Plantation/ Ft. Lauderdale center, with occasional regional coverage as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification
• Significant relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Strong clinical interviewing skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided)
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
• At least one year of healthcare work experience
• AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred
• Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines
• Meticulously monitor patient responses
• Administer and record psychiatric rating scales
• Proactively address patient discomfort
• Deliver empathetic and supportive care
• Maintain accurate EHR
• Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures
• Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed
