About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in their welcoming outpatient centers. This role offers an opportunity to grow skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7 am-7 pm. Consistent availability during these hours is required, though exact shift times may vary. The role is primarily based in the St. Peters center, with occasional regional coverage as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles.
  • Stable and consistent work history.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
  • Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field.
  • At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
  • Meticulously monitor patient responses.
  • Administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
  • Proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Deliver empathetic and supportive care.
  • Maintain accurate EHR.
  • Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
