About The Position

Sycamore Springs Health is a behavioral health hospital dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. Through a patient-centered approach, our multidisciplinary team delivers inpatient and outpatient services designed to promote healing, recovery, and long-term wellness in a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• BLS Certification
• CNA license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with performing activities of daily living
• Provide or assist with providing patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions
• Observe and record patient behavior and activities
• Report on changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff
• Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed
