Per Diem Behavioral Health Technician
About The Position
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Per Diem (Day Shift) provides supervision, support, safety monitoring, and accountability for guests receiving treatment. This per diem, as-needed position covers shifts based on facility staffing needs. The Day Shift BHT maintains awareness of guest locations, conducts scheduled safety rounds, supports daily operations and programming, and helps ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. The BHT works closely with nursing, clinical, and operations teams to promote guest safety, enforce facility expectations, and provide quality care and support throughout the shift.
