About The Position
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join an eating disorder treatment center located in Anderson, IN. In this role, you’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care for adult clients with mental health conditions in a structured residential setting.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license in Indiana
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferably in behavioral health, residential, or psychiatric care)
- BLS certification required
- Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based care model
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and as-needed nursing assessments
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects or complications
- Document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with psychiatric, clinical, and residential care staff
- Support crisis intervention and ensure patient safety
- Educate clients on medication and health-related matters
