About The Position

The Overnight Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) On-Call is responsible for providing overnight supervision, support, safety monitoring, and accountability for guests receiving treatment. This per diem, as-needed position provides coverage based on facility staffing and operational needs, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. The Overnight BHT plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment while ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures. This position works closely with the treatment team to support guest needs, monitor guest safety, and respond to situations that arise during overnight hours. The Overnight BHT is responsible for maintaining awareness of guest locations, conducting scheduled 15-minute and 30-minute safety rounds as required, and ensuring the safety and security of all guests throughout the shift. Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Overnight BHT helps promote a structured, supportive, and recovery-focused environment.
