About The Position

The Behavioral Health Technician helps navigate behavioral health patients through their care at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. Under the supervision of the interdisciplinary team, the technician provides quality care tailored to patients' needs to support individual diagnoses and interventions. The role assists with documenting necessary data to implement a successful plan of care for each patient and serves as a resource for socially complex cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Relevant experience.
• BLS Certification via AHA.
• Computer skills, including use and navigation.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good reasoning skills and listening skills.
• Microsoft Office application skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Service orientation.
• Strong team player.
