Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at PRO. Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience working with children required.
• Must be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
• Completion of the 40 Hour RBT training.
• Current clearances (within 12 months) required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
• Experience with challenging behaviors highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IBHS services to children and adolescents (ages 2–21) in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA or Behavior Consultant.
• Collect data, complete session documentation, and help children build meaningful skills.
