IBHS Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Philadelphia, PA
About The Position
PRO ABA Services is seeking exceptional Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT)/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide IBHS services to children/youth in home, school, and community settings. Technicians are responsible for the implementation of treatment plans, collection of daily data, and completion of daily notes under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants. PRO Companies is a dynamic organization that employs professionals across diverse positions within their human services and health and wellness divisions. Our PRO ABA division offers IBHS services to children and youth ages 2-21 with Autism and behavioral health diagnoses in homes, schools, and clinics.
Requirements
- High School diploma is required
- A minimum of one-year of recent experience working with children and/or youth
- Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service area
- Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
- Experience working with challenging behaviors
- RBT certification
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
- Safety-Care certification
