This position supports Benton County Behavioral Health by providing responsive, compassionate customer service to individuals experiencing serious and persistent mental illness, both by phone and in person. The position serves as an important point of contact for clients, families, community partners, and staff while helping individuals navigate Behavioral Health programs and services. In addition to direct customer service responsibilities, this position works independently to support effective and efficient day-to-day administrative and program operations. Responsibilities include coordinating and maintaining administrative processes, supporting program workflows, and helping ensure consistency in procedures, communication, and documentation across assigned programs. This position is required to cover at various locations through the Behavioral Health Division. Percentage of time spent will vary with area of assignment. This is a Bilingual Spanish/ English position and offers a Bilingual Differential of base salary plus an additional 5% upon successful completion of required language testing.
