About The Position

Rite Path Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate, Spanish-speaking therapist to join their team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This role offers the flexibility of private practice with the support of an established organization, serving clients at their Queen Creek and Tempe, Arizona locations. The position involves providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed practices to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and managing a caseload while meeting productivity expectations. Rite Path emphasizes a collaborative clinical environment and the autonomy for therapists to grow their practice while helping clients achieve positive change.

Requirements

Spanish-speaking ability is required.
Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT, or be a Master's-level therapist eligible to provide services within the scope of the position.
Strong clinical, documentation, and time-management skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
Ability to provide services at our Queen Creek and/or Tempe locations.

Responsibilities
