Ascension Alexian Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist for their Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program in Hoffman Estates, IL. This full-time, day shift position offers a salary range of $30.46 - $44.55 per hour. Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Nice To Haves

• Licensed LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW required
• 3 - 5 years of experience with Adolescents
• Spanish-speaking preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level diagnostic assessments to evaluate a patient’s clinical needs and psychosocial status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Administer evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the patient’s specific disorder or disability.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to align on treatment goals and patient progress.
• Lead or participate in care conferences, providing expert insights based on assessments and clinical updates.
