Responsibilities include conducting mental health triage, evaluating psychosocial risk factors under clinical supervision, implementing evidence-based interventions for individuals, groups, and families, and supporting discharge planning, utilization review, and case triage. The position also serves as the primary contact for cases involving abuse, neglect, and domestic violence, coordinating efforts with protective teams and community resources.
