ISN Corporation is actively seeking Behavioral Health Subject Matter Experts to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Directorate Division. Subject Matter Experts will be responsible for performing specific tasks that include, but are not limited to the following: - Review a health care facility to determine compliance with National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) and/or the American Correctional Association (ACA) as well as the relevant ICE detention standards. - Conduct assessments of ICE detention facilities and review, evaluate and prepare detailed reports based on observations and findings regarding behavioral health issues encountered. - Provide recommendations, based on contract standards to help ICE and facility staff address identified issues of non-compliance. - Provide real time technical assistance and guidance related to behavioral health care and programming to applicable facility personnel to improve operations and resolve outstanding deficiencies. - Evaluate compliance for with standards related to sexual assault or abuse prevention and intervention. - Consult in areas to include, but not limited to adult psychiatry, female health, underserved populations, etc. - Provide ratings or narrative information in written format. - Prepare written reports for quality review programs and medical care. - Assist with analyzing accumulative data reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
