About The Position

Oak Street Health's graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program designed to develop the skills and confidence needed to provide behavioral health care to older adults. Fellows learn the collaborative care model in a value-based setting, build knowledge of evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medications, earn clinical supervision hours from a licensed clinical social worker, and participate in didactic learning that builds on graduate training. Fellows are expected to work at Oak Street Health for 24 months after completing the program. The position is located at Strawberry Mansion, 2301 N 29th St Ste 500, Philadelphia, PA 19132.

Requirements

Family, Adult, or Adult-Gerontology Social Worker who has graduated or will graduate from their training program.
Willingness to work at the assigned location for the program duration.
Minimum 3.0 GPA in an MSW program.
Must hold, or hold by the fellowship start date, an active, non-probationary lower-level social work license in the state of employment.
Genuine passion for behavioral health and short-term, solution-focused therapy.
Supportive attitude toward older adult patients.
Embraces teamwork and collaboration.
Interest in an innovative model focused on empirically guided population health.

Responsibilities
