About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a New York State Registered Professional Nurse for an on-site assignment at Wayne County’s outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic in Lyons, New York. The nurse works alongside psychiatric prescribers, therapists, and care managers, providing medication management, long-acting injectable administration, side-effect and health monitoring, patient education, and clinical documentation. The role is described as a steady Monday-to-Friday assignment at one clinic, with five 7.5-hour days and 37.5 scheduled hours per week. Some shifts may extend past 5:00 PM when the clinic is open late, no more than twice per week. There are no overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts. This is a W-2 hourly, per diem contract role paying $52.00–$58.00 per hour, based on experience. Pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. Pay is weekly, and orientation is paid at the nurse’s rate. Additional details include a $500 referral bonus for bringing a nurse or aide onto the roster, paid sick leave accrued under New York law, and professional liability insurance coverage on every shift. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. If the clinic cancels a confirmed workday two hours or less before it begins, four hours are paid. Scheduling is managed through the BRIDGE App, where schedules and proposed changes are provided for acceptance. A Program Manager is available for scheduling and pay questions.
