About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a Registered Nurse for a steady, on-site assignment at Wayne County’s outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic in Lyons, New York. The nurse works alongside psychiatric prescribers, therapists, and care managers to provide medication management, monitoring, patient education, and related clinical care. The assignment is Monday through Friday, five 7.5-hour days, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Some days may extend past 5:00 PM when the clinic is open late, no more than twice a week. There are no overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts. The position pays $52.00 to $58.00 per hour, with experience determining the rate. Pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. Pay is weekly, and orientation is paid at the employee’s rate. A confirmed clinic cancellation made two hours or less before the shift begins is paid for four hours. This is a W-2 hourly, per diem contract assignment. CLFC reimburses New York license renewal and CPR renewal, supports continuing education and certifications, and provides up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward a BSN. A $500 referral bonus is available for referring a nurse or aide who joins the roster. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC professional liability insurance covers each shift. Scheduling is managed through the BRIDGE App, where nurses can review confirmed schedules and accept proposed added or changed hours. A Program Manager is available for scheduling and pay questions.
