About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for pediatric patients in residential settings. This is an 8-hour day-shift position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas or a multistate license.
• 1–2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, specifically with pediatric patients.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification; training can be provided at the facility if not currently held.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the needs and well-being of youth in residential care.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Coordinate with physicians during rounding activities.
• Assist with physical or chemical restraints as necessary and ensure proper documentation is completed.
