About The Position
The Behavioral Health Quality Analyst - Lead performs improvement activities including research, data collection and analysis utilizing various systems and reports. Functioning as a lead in collaboration with management, this role guides reporting standardization, supports analyst development, and implements improvement initiatives related to Behavioral Health analytics throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a behavioral health, human services or health care field plus a minimum of one year experience in a behavioral health, human services or health care analytics setting; OR Associate’s degree plus minimum of three years’ experience in a behavioral health, human services or health care analytics setting; OR high school diploma/GED plus a minimum of five years’ experience in behavioral health, human services or health care analytics setting.
- One year experience as a PMS Behavioral Health Quality Analyst.
- Computer experience required including proficiency in spreadsheets, report production, and databases.
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully manage complex projects.
