About The Position

You vs You Mental Health and 70x7 Wellness Mission are seeking a highly organized and motivated Behavioral Health Operations Manager to help support and coordinate the daily operations of our growing OMHC and SUD programs. This role requires managing moving parts, effective communication, holding teams accountable, supporting clinical operations, coordinating workflows, and maintaining structure in a high-growth behavioral health environment. Our programs provide OMHC services, SUD treatment, residential treatment, PRP services, and peer support services, working extensively with court-involved clients, co-occurring populations, underserved communities, hospitals, and referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office and operational workflows

• Coordinate with CSS and intake support staff
• Help implement workflow systems and operational improvements
