Performs/oversees daily operations to support Clinical Therapy Services. Requirements

  • Bachelors (Required)
  • BLS American Heart E-Card (BLS AHA ECARD) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
  • BLS American Heart RQI E-Card (BLS AHA-RQI ECARD) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
  • BLS Cert American Heart_non ecard (BLS AHA) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
  • BLS Certification Grace (BLS GRACE) - Employee Grace Period for Essential Credential (GRACE)
  • BLS Cert Red Cross (BLS RC) - Red Cross (RED CROSS)
  • Fingerprint Screen (FINGERPRNT) - Florida Department of Childrens & Family (DCF)
  • Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • One (1) year of experience working with patients who have behavioral health conditions such as substance abuse and/or serious mental illness.
  • Bachelors Degree in a Social and/or Human Services field

Nice To Haves

  • New Hires have 6 months to obtain their BLS Certification

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates groups with adults and/or adolescents.
  • Maintains patient lists and patient data tracking for outcome reporting.
  • Develops and maintains daily activity schedules.
  • Provides community outreach and engagement as needed.
  • Provides case management and clinical services for clients and their families.
  • Evaluates and assesses the needs and strengths of clients and families.
