About The Position

Performs/oversees daily operations to support Clinical Therapy Services. Maintains patient lists and patient data tracking for outcome reporting. Develops and maintains daily activity schedules. Provides community outreach and engagement as needed. Provides case management and clinical services for clients and their families. Evaluates and assesses the needs and strengths of clients and families. Facilitates groups with adults and/or adolescents.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in a Social and/or Human Services field
• One (1) year of experience working with patients who have behavioral health conditions such as substance abuse and/or serious mental illness.
• BLS American Heart E-Card (BLS AHA ECARD) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
• BLS American Heart RQI E-Card (BLS AHA-RQI ECARD) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
• BLS Cert American Heart_non ecard (BLS AHA) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
• BLS Certification Grace (BLS GRACE) - Employee Grace Period for Essential Credential (GRACE)
• BLS Cert Red Cross (BLS RC) - Red Cross (RED CROSS)
