About The Position

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist license.
• Enjoy integrated behavioral health and collaborative care.
• Comfortable providing brief, evidence-based interventions.
• Value teamwork, patient-centered care, and improving access to behavioral health services.

Nice To Haves

• Primary care or integrated behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing brief, evidence-based behavioral health interventions alongside Primary Care Providers.
• Collaborating with a team-based care model with Primary Care Providers.
• Offering in-person and telehealth opportunities.
