The role involves conducting initial biopsychosocial assessments, completing and analyzing evidenced-based screening tools, providing individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, managing caseloads of moderate to high acuity patients, conducting psycho-educational, therapeutic, and skills groups, collaborating with other professionals, maintaining patient documentation, evaluating patient progress within a multidisciplinary team, and participating in ongoing professional development and mandatory training.
