Behavioral Health Clinician
About The Position
Full-time in-patient Clinical position. The role involves serving homes in Leominster, Sterling & Templeton. Devereux Massachusetts serves individuals with IDD/Autism Spectrum Disorder. The program serves adult males, 22+ years of age. These programs offer a high level of individualized care for adult needs. Staff design house-specific routines, chores, and activities that support the individuals' growth and development. Being a Clinician at Devereux offers the ability to get supervised hours towards licensure/certification, access to ongoing training in program model areas, and continuing education assistance in a supportive, dedicated, and positive work environment. Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field required.
- Must have relevant behavioral experience.
- Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
Responsibilities
- Serving homes in Leominster, Sterling & Templeton.
- Designing house-specific routines, chores, and activities that support the individuals' growth and development.
- Providing a high level of individualized care for adult needs.
- Working with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need.
- Working closely with some of the most vulnerable people in our community, help build their strengths, and truly make a contribution to improving their lives.
- Getting supervised hours towards licensure/certification.
- Participating in ongoing training in program model areas.
- Utilizing continuing education assistance.
