About The Position

Works in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to organize, prepare, and deliver evidence-based clinical services across the continuum of care. Maintains ethical principles and professional standards of practice in adherence to the discipline’s professional code of ethics. Performs clinical diagnosis while conducting a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment and establishing a care plan. Champions integrated-care treatment guidelines in a primary care setting by providing approximately 6–8 sessions of short-term, focused treatment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related human service field.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC licensure.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years’ experience as a licensed clinician is preferred.
