Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of two years of related experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention services for individuals with developmental disabilities and severe behavior disorders.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and creating behavior support plans.
- Experience working with significant challenging behaviors including aggression, self-injury, property destruction, elopement, or pica.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral analyses.
- Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
- Provide parent training, school consultation, and crisis intervention support.
- Partner with psychologists and interdisciplinary teams to advance patient outcomes.
- Serve as a case lead and mentor staff implementing treatment plans.
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on patient progress.
- Collaborate across clinics, community settings, schools, and treatment programs to support treatment success across environments.
