Behavior Therapist (RBT)
About The Position
HealthPro Pediatrics has an exciting opportunity available for an RBT or Behavior Therapist in Lakeland, FL! This is a Full Time or Part Time opportunity. We provide training if you aren't already an RBT! Pay Ranges $22-27 per hour (based on experience). This is a W2 position with Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401K. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completed high school national equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid driver's license

- Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education.
- Enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
