About The Position

HealthPro Pediatrics is offering an exciting opportunity for a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) or Behavior Therapist in Lakeland, FL. The role can be full-time or part-time, and training is provided for those who are not yet RBT certified. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $22-27 per hour, based on experience, with a Monday to Friday schedule and a W2 employment status including a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have, at minimum, completed high school national equivalent
Must have valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
