About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric clinic in Pinehurst, North Carolina. This role supports children through ABA therapy in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on growth and positive outcomes. Whether you’re an experienced RBT or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that values mentorship, teamwork, and high-quality pediatric care. Requirements

Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, childdevelopment, or education. However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoysbeing around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!
Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high schoolnational equivalent and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinicsettings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
